Hello! My name is Sarah Dai.
I am a communications professional who specializes in social media and graphic design. I am passionate about digital communication, community organizing, and improv. I'm all about communication, connection and creating change wherever I am.
I'm a native Louisianan. I was born and raised in Shreveport and made Baton Rouge my home after living there for 6 years. I'm now on a new adventure, currently based in Indiana.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. During college I was an active member of the college magazine LEGACY, and television station Tiger TV, as well as a student organizer and advocate for Planned Parenthood.
After graduation I served two years as an AmeriCorps Member at my local anti-sexual violence agency, STAR. I served as their Community Engagement Coordinator, and I loved combining my communications expertise with my passion for social services and social justice. During my service I became a member of a local organizing group, Together Baton Rouge. I enjoyed becoming an active member of my city and a better organizer, while lending my graphic design skills to a good cause.
Thanks for coming to my page. Don't be a stranger!
