Monroe County YMCA | Mar. 2021 - Current
I manage the Facebook, Instagram, X (née Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube and Wordpress accounts for the YMCA of Monroe County in Bloomington, Indiana. With over 4,500 collective followers, I have grown the local non-profit’s following while following the national YMCA branding voice and delivering its signature welcoming tone. In this role, I also track analytics for the performance of their social platforms, company website, social media ads, and email marketing.

I managed the Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts for vegan chef, author and influencer Chef AJ. She has amassed more than 100,000 subscribers on YouTube, 60,000+ followers on Instagram and 70,000+ followers on Facebook.
I developed a brand board for her social media content to keep a consistent voice of a fun, sassy foodie and consistent image utilizing her favorite colors (green and purple.)
I used Canva to create posts and Later to schedule on a planned calendar cycle to build a stronger connection to her audience, share plant-based recipes and promote her upcoming engagements and collaborations. I used Facebook Analytics, Later Analytics and Google Analytics to track and share the efficacy of each post. I utilized TubeBuddy to increase SEO for tags and titles. I maintained an average increase of 1,157 Facebook followers and 1,262 Instagram followers per month. 
Sexual Trauma Awareness & Response (STAR) - Baton Rouge, LA | 2018 - 2020
I collaboratively managed the social media accounts with other STAR employees. I helped create colorful and welcoming pages that stayed within the brand's colors: teal (official color of sexual assault-awareness), orange (complimentary color) and gray (grounding color). 
I used Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva to create posts that inform online audiences about STAR events, specific information about sexual violence and messages of support to survivors of sexual trauma.
From March to August 2020, I have experience doing so while working remotely.

During my time, I utilized the tool Hootsuite across platforms. With consistent posting and branding, I helped increase followers (8% increase in Facebook, 10% on Twitter, 30.8% on Instagram, 97.4% on LinkedIn.)
Planned Parenthood Generation Action: Louisiana State University Chapter | 2016 - 2018
I served as President of LSU's PPGA for two years. During this time, I collaboratively managed the social media platforms with the chapter's executive board to engage students with Planned Parenthood's mission to provide free sex education and affordable reproductive healthcare. 
The branding emphasized Planned Parenthood's signature pink and used various "selfies" from events and tagging, which encouraged others to share and follow the account.
